We accept unworn, undamaged full-price items or those with manufacturing defects for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Return Criteria

·        Shipped to a U.S. or Canada address (no other international returns).

·        In original condition with all tags, packaging, and dust bags.

·        Damaged or defective items within 14-day return period.

·        Initiated, approved, and postmarked with our prepaid label within 14 days of delivery.

Items without approval are not eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund. Use our provided label, as we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages with other labels. No returns or exchanges on final sale or 'as-is' items.

Thank you for choosing The OÓ Jewels for your accessory needs. Our commitment is to ensure your pieces arrive in pristine condition, enhancing your style.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted if:

·        The item was shipped to a U.S. or Canada address (other international returns are not accepted).

·        Items are unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and dust bags included.

·        The return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

·        The item arrived damaged or defective within the 14-day return period.

·        The return is postmarked using the prepaid OÓ Jewels label within 14 days from delivery date.

Final sale items, including those from Semi-Annual Sale and Sample Sale, are not eligible for return.

We are not responsible for damages occurring during delivery. Damaged packaging does not qualify for a replacement.

If a return is denied upon inspection, you will be notified via email with reasons and photographic evidence.

U.S. Return Processing and Fees

Approved returns are processed within 7 business days. A $6.99 fee is deducted from store credit for the prepaid shipping label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Store credit is the only refund issued.

Canada Return Processing and Fees

Approved returns are processed within 7 business days. A $9.99 fee is deducted from store credit for the prepaid shipping label. Exchanges incur a $19.99 fee to cover return and reshipment costs. Errors caused by us waive return shipping fees.

Payment Platform Returns

Third-party installment app orders (AfterPay, Klarna, etc.) are eligible only for store credit upon return.

Instant Exchanges

Instant Exchange is available for in-stock items. A $1 authorization hold secures the exchange item, releasing your order before we receive the return. If the return isn’t received within 14 days, you’ll be charged the full item amount. The hold is removed once we receive the return. Additional store credit will be processed upon return completion. Exchanges cannot be offered for out-of-stock items; choose store credit or a different item.

Note: Returns using methods other than our provided return portal are ineligible for refund or reimbursement.
